7 - 800 meter runs with 1 minute of running inbetween at 7.5 minute mile. The 800 meter (.5 mile) was at a 5.54 pace (10.3 on the treadmill).

Did 7 - 800 meters or 1/2 mile intervals at a 5.50 mile pace. Inbetween I would do 1 minute at a 7.5 mile pace. Total of about 4.5 miles.
